Tool inputs
The supplied version processes calculator inputs, home preferences, invoice entries, and selected PDF/image files in your browser. Selected files are not uploaded; processing and download creation run locally. It does not send those entries to a NidXee server or save them in a database. Reloading or closing a page may clear your work. Printed or saved PDFs remain under your control.
Website requests
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and access times to deliver and protect the website. The provider’s own policies and retention settings apply.
Cookies, advertising and analytics
NidXee offers optional Google Analytics. It is not loaded until you choose “Accept analytics” in the on-page notice. If accepted, Google may process usage information and use cookies or similar technology to provide aggregate website measurement. Choosing “No thanks” prevents NidXee from loading Google Analytics. Your choice is stored only in this browser so the notice is not repeatedly shown. An AdSense verification code is installed so Google can review the site, but NidXee has no active advertising units yet. Before ads are enabled, this policy and the consent experience will be updated to describe the services and choices in use.

If you email us, your email provider and ours process that message. We use information you choose to send to respond and resolve your request. Avoid sending sensitive data. Contact us about access, correction or deletion requests; applicable rights depend on your location.
